• you agree to display banners on your site by including code provided by us
• the code cannot be modified without our written consent
• our code must be placed on a pege to display banners that are easily visible in the top 480 pixels of the page
• banners must be clickable
• you will earn credits for displaying your banner on our site and/or our members' sites
• the number of credits you earn are based on the current exchange rate. Currently we offer the best exchange rate of 10:9 (for every ten banners you display, you will get 9 impressions from our members)
• in addition you will get additional credit for each click on a banner at your site.
• stay with us for a week and we will give you 25,000 impressions absolutely free
• you agree that banners displayed on your site may be other members' banners, sponsors' banners, or Arcade Exchange Banners.
• we will provide statistics updated every 15 minutes
• we reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership at any time for any reason
• we will automatically cancel membership to any member caught to artificially inflate traffic or click through
• you may cancel your participation at any time by removing the code from all your pages
• we retain all rights to Arcade Banner name, software, logo, database, code, reports, web site, and information. No part of the arcadebanners.com website may be reproduced, stored, or distributed without prior written consent.
• you agree to use our service at your own risk
• we make every effort to provide the best service in the industry including secure and reliable hardware, but we do not make any guarantee regarding the reliability, dependability, or accuracy of our service.
• we will make any effort to correct inconsistencies in credits due to any member, providing that memebr offers proof of inconsistency
• we reserve the right to change Terms of Service (this document) and Rules at any time without prior written notice.
• it is your responsibility to keep current with changes in the Terms of Service, and Rules.
• we reserve the right to terminate an account at any suspicion of cheating or faking clicks. no credits, impressions or anything will be returned to the suspected cheater. no warnings will be issued. all credits cheated out of others will be returned to others for the amount they've been cheated.
• Terms of Service and Rules posted at arcadebanners.com are effective to all members including you regardless of the date when you joined.

Bought Impressions TOS

• ArcadeBanners will serve impressions based on the advertising inventory space available in our network.
• Advertiser may cancel bought impressions at any time unless otherwise agreed upon between advertiser and ArcadeBanners.
• In case of cancellation by advertiser, ArcadeBanners will reimburse advertiser for the unserved impressions minus US$100. Deduction is to cover ArcadeBanners’ administration cost.
• In case of dispute over the impressions served, ArcadeBanners will ensure that full impressions are served as per our statistics log. Some web site statistics run on the advertisers end may not show all Arcade Banners served. If advertiser can prove that they received less impressions than our statistics, we will gladly make up the difference by serving additional banners up to the full amount purchased.
• Advertiser may claim dispute over impressions served up to 30 days after last impression was served by ArcadeBanners, based on ArcadeBanners statistics. Any claim after 30 days will be ignored as we may clean detailed statistics log. Advertiser will not hold ArcadeBanners responsible for any unclaimed discrepancy older than 30 days.
• For any purchased impressions with specified delivery time, ArcadeBanners will make any effort to fulfill all impressions purchased by the advertisers. In some cases impressions may not be served in the allocated time frame, in which case Advertiser has the right to cancel the balance of unserved impressions. We will issue a refund for the balance of unserved impressions. ArcadeBanners will charge the Advertiser for the impressions served.
• ArcadeBanners delivers bought impressions along with our ArcadeBanners exchange program.
• ArcadeBanners is not responsible for the content of any banner, or the content of the web site that banner is linked to.
• ArcadeBanners is not responsible for any financial or other loss that Advertiser may say as a result of purchased impressions, other than the obligation to serve full amount of purchased impressions or fully refund Advertiser for unserved impressions.
